Meet our team...

Esther Ibanga is the Pastor of Jos Christian Missions International and the President and Founder of Women without Walls Initiative, an organisation established as a result the incessant ethno-religious conflicts that has rocked Plateau for over a decade. Under her leadership, WOWWI has provided a platform for women across different ethnic and religious groups to activate their voices in the call for peace. Esther formed an all-inclusive and nonviolent approach to conflict resolution and peace building through women.  Areas of focus include engaging youths prone to violence in flash points where dialogue and developmental projects were undertaken as entry points to addressing the grievances of foot soldiers. Women without walls Initiative is also the first to introduce and conduct community policing successfully in two volatile communities in Jos. Nigeria. Ms Ibanga holds a BSC Business Administration in the Institute of Administration Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MBA in Business Administration, University of Jos.  She had worked as a marketing officer, with Jos Steel Rolling Mills and Central Bank of Nigeria for 16 years as a Manager in banking operations, Jos with special supervision of commercial Banks, before her voluntary retirement in order to take up pastoring the church.She is a recipient of various peace awards with the latest being the Niwano Peace Prize award Japan, in recognition of her work with Women without Walls Initiative.
Ms Hafsat Inuwa Musa is a Legal practioner she holds an LLB from the University of Maiduguri. She is a member of NBA and also an Associate Member of Institute of Strategic Management in Nigeria (ISMN). Miss Hafsat worked at IK Randa Chambers as the head of Chambers in 2013, she has also worked with Adar Global Ventures in 2014 as the Legal Officer. She is currently the Program Officer of Women without Walls Initiative, an organisation established as a result of the incessant ethno-religious conflicts that has rocked Plateau for over a decade. WOWWI has provided a platform for women across different ethnic and religious groups to activate their voices in the call for peace.    
Rosemary Nguamo Shav is an Admin Officer with WOWWI. She holds a B.A in English Language and an Msc. in Conflict Management and Peace Studies both from the University of Jos. She is responsible for the co-ordination, personel management and the day to day running of the WOWWI Office. She is also responsible for the internal co-ordination and long-term planning of WOWWI activities. 
Lola Raji is a journalist by profession. She has a wide range of experience in presenting, directing and reporting for a broad audience. Adept at working with a wide variety of people effectively, she holds a Bsc. in Mass Communication from the prestiguos Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a Media officer with WOWWI.
